1. PRICING

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise 

• Prices are subject to change without notice, however you’ll pay the price that was current when you placed your order. 

2. PAYMENT

For non-account holders: 50% payment is due upon order acceptance, 50% upon product delivery 

• For account holders: payment is due by the 20th of the following month from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing 

• Late payments incur interest at 2% per month from the due date until full payment is received 

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods 

3. DELIVERY AND RISK

• Mako Solutions will do our best to deliver your order on time, but we aren’t responsible for delays beyond our control 

• You’re responsible for the products once they’re delivered to you 

• Claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the Goods. 

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• You can return products within 7 days for a refund or exchange provided they are in original condition, packaging and at Mako Solutions’ discretion 

• Please contact us to get a return authorisation before sending anything back 

• You’ll cover the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, or we made a mistake 

• A minimum re-stocking fee of $80 + GST or 20% of the total order may apply for returns. 

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

• You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched without any charges 

• If cancelled after dispatch, you will be required to cover any costs incurred 

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled. 

6. WARRANTIES

• Our products come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship 

• The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective products

7. LIABILITY

• Mako Solutions is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses from using our products. 

8. DISPUTES

• We’ll try to resolve any issues with you directly. If we can’t, we’ll go to mediation before considering other actions. 

9. FORCE MAJEURE

• Mako Solutions is not liable for failures or delays caused be events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes. 

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

• We’ll keep your personal information confidential and won’t share it without your permission

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
